School Update

I started school in January. I finished my first class with an A-. I’m quite happy with that. Now I am taking an Accounting class. I was originally scheduled in a Global Business class, but it didn’t sound very appealing. Why did I choose Accounting, you may ask? Well, I enjoy math and love numbers. The only problem is that because it was last-minute that I enrolled, I’m still waiting for a textbook. Thankfully, there has been a 14-day free trial of the e-version, so I have been using that. I have been a good week behind since the class started. So, I have been spending hours every day working to catch up. Tomorrow starts week 3, and I just finished the homework for week 2 today. I’m actually caught up! But, I’ll say Accounting is much more difficult than I thought. It’s quite confusing at the start learning debits and credits, and which accounts have a debit balance and which have a credit balance. Then, there are all the financial statements! I have an all-new respect for Accountants!
